The Dubai Airshow has started, with amazingly large orders from the middle east carriers. So far, orders from today stand at
Emirates; 150 777X, 50 A380
Etihad; 50 A350, 36 A320neo, 1 A330-200F, 25 777X, 30 787-10, 1 777F
Qatar; 50 777X, 5 A330F
Fly Dubai; up to 100 737MAX and 11ng.
In the press release for Etihad's Airbus order (Link) (http://www.etihad.com/en-au/about-us/news/archive/2013/etihad-airways-announces-order-for-up-to-117-airbus-aircraft/), the airline stated that the order may be transferred to airlines of its equity alliance, so maybe we'll see some of the A350s in Virgin Australia colours.
