You acknowledge that your seat will be forfeited if you are unable to comply with any of the above. Please do not register if you are simply unable to come or are unable to process the required paper work.
How to register your seat on the Airside Tour?
Review again the terms and conditions above to determine your validity and then post a reply in this thread indicating your RSVP as such. A quick post like the example below will suffice.
“Please accept my request to attend, I acknowledge all the terms and conditions set forth and look forward to your confirmation” I will make notifications to those valid registrations via email once allocations are exhausted, by 10am Wednesday 18th December. Please be prepared to check your email and be ready to respond to me with your mobile phone details ASAP.
Please treat this opportunity with the respect it deserves. So when on the bus and out in the field, apply your upmost sensible and courteous behaviour. The airport is not a playground; it’s a serious operation which carries severe penalties for those who choose to disobey rules and regulations. The fact that SACL has kindly made available 4 seats for this event speaks volume to their commitment in building a positive relationship between our two communities. We want to ensure this relationship stays intact. So as you might imagine, any untoward behaviour on the tour may result in no such opportunities in the future. Security and safety is always the number one priority and SACL will ensure that these two aspects are maintained throughout the entire 4 hours you're under their supervision.
Please also understand that I do apologise to those people who unfortunately may not be able to attend; either due age restriction, SAMB tenure, or if you miss out due limited numbers. This was a last minute opportunity and unfortunately there was no time to lose in securing attendance.
Kind regards,
Kurt Ams
