Etihad will start flying their A380s to Sydney sometime next next year with Melbourne also to see A380 services in the following years (Mel is not mentioned in the press release below but CEO James Hogan mentioned it during the press conference).

Today the airline also announced their new cabins which includes a 3 'room' suite called the residency.
