"Air Force 3686"
Hi all.
Just heard Air Force 3686 come into land at Richmond. Does anyone know what that is? Havent heard that callsign before? Maybe american? Cheers Gerard |
Don't think so. Tony G just said that the C-17s callsign was CANFORCE...
But may have been? Thanks though. Gerard |
If anyone was just listening to the Richmond approach, another aircraft just came into land...couldnt quite catch the callsign...i think Stork or something along those lines, ending with 71.
Anyone got any info on this? Ta |
The USAF 757 02-4452 has call sign BORG71 on ModeS.
The Canadian C-17 arrived earlier at RIC (around 4pm) and his since flown to Sydney as CANFORCE 3686. Busy day!! |
Thanks for that Peter and Torin, right in the end.
Why they are here is the next question!!! Thanks Gerard |
I was sitting on my porch around 1930 and saw a 757 on finals (Richmond)
|
Popped out to RIC this morning to log the 757 (around 0830); just as well as it departed about 15 minutes ago still showing BORG71 as flight no.
|
Flight No. comes up as MC4452 on www.16Right.com ACARS ....

According to Mode-S RNZAF B757 NZ7571 logged at around this time so this could be the one at RIC?
|
Saw the RNZAF 757 on radar last night inbound to Richmond from Darwin.
Regards. |

Thanks for that Phil. 02-4452 MC4452 22/11/2008 13:53 USAF / USN ---------> C-32B B757-23A Found that on 16right.com, does that mean both of them were there yesterday? Gerard |
The RNZAF 757 left yesterday around 11:50; I was out there around 8am to log the a/c. Heard it's departure from home but couldn't see it but checked my RadarBox and it was at around 18000' so I'd say it was heading to NZ.
(Was on Auckland Mode-S report today) |
