State of Kuwait Airbus A320 9K-AKD due in to Sydney this afternoon at approximately 1640.

The "State of Kuwait" livery is very similar to the Kuwait Airways livery.

Timing originally showed as 1920 so it may be later.

State of Kuwait Airbus A320 9K-AKD on final approach to 16L now at 1654.

Monarch 757 tonight at 7pm out Wed at 10am to AKL.

That would be G-MONJ if I am not mistaken.

I believe Philippine Airlines #211 was a A340-300 today - RP-C3430

Due to make a very rare appearance tomorrow operating AC334/34 is Air Canada B777-300ER C-FIUL. It is currently due at 1018. This aircraft has visited Sydney before.

Just saw AC fly over Brisbane.

Tonight's Polar is running late, should be in tommorrow morning at 6 out at 8.30 should be a 747-800 with a yellow tail, making it N853GT. Not confirmed yet, but from a very reliable source.

Please excuse my ignorance and lack of aviation knowledge, but why is this very rare?

normally 777-200LR 99.9 percent of the time.

And also the B77W would be load restricted if it did operate to SY unlike the B77L

MH141/140 tonight is being operated by A330-300 9M-MTK. It is about to touch down in Sydney. This will be a permanent change from tonight...

Domestic configured A332 VH-EBP operated the delayed QF71 PER-SIN service this evening.

Looks like the original aircraft VH-EBG (which came in from SYD as QF575) had gone AWOL.

Malaysia Airlines A330-300 9M-MTJ is operating MH141/140, due at 2015 .

Hawaiian Airlines A330-200 N390HA is operating HA451/452 due at 2045.

Just a question, which may lead to it being noteworthy.

ETD454 tonight. Was trying to find an ETA but flightaware status is scheduled, whilst the arrival time is showing a rather odd time of 17.43EST, instead of the usual 19-20.00 hours.

Shouldn't this flight be on it's way already? I believe A6-ETM is the aircraft in question. Has the radar not picked her movements up?

Any info would be nice.

It was B-LAZ's 1st visit to Sydney.

It seems that Thai Cargo TG866 is still in Sydney after missing the curfew. Not sure what the revised departure will be. But hopefully it will be in daylight.

VH-OQK is now wearing 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show Express' titles near the flightdeck. Just departed as QF107 to LAX to bring herself as well as the competition winners back to Sydney Friday morning apparently. The titles are quite small and pretty much invisable from long distance.

VCJ, the new snowmobil, my nickname for it, the new A319, is in at 17:50 and out at 18:35.

Swiss Jet 252 has just arrived in Sydney. Does anyone have any further details.

For those who missed it the 1st time, Polar Air B747-800F N853GT in the Hybrid DHL livery is currently enroute to Kentucky-Honolulu as PO242. It should then continue onto Sydney arriving 1800-1900ish then departing down to Melbourne later tomorrow night.

VH-VZU is sporting a 'Qantas loves Ellen' decal, she is spending the night in CBR then heading to ADL in the morning so you Sydney folk might have to wait to see it!
