Rego Request: QF107 1/04/10

Hi,

Can anyone spoil tomorrow's surprise by telling me the rego for QF107 SYD-JFK? I am just wondering if I will have another trip in an ER or just the one remaining non ER GE 744.

Many Thanks !

Could be OEG ?

Yes, currently it is scheduled to be operated by OEG which is an ER. However, the aircraft has gone tech and a new departure time of 2pm is now scheduled.

I suspect but cannot confirm that this is actually because QF11 is now scheduled to depart at 10pm this evening and the delay is so QF could transfer as many PAX as possible to QF107. At this stage I still hope to make my connecting flights but the 4 hour transit in JFK is quickly vanishing.

In other news it appears that OJN's APU has gone tech at the gate as engineers are currently working on it with a scissor lift. This plane is meant to be operating to HKG.

wait till the media get a hold of that......

the QF11 delay is probably due to the OQC flight meaning to depart today. QF11 will prbably be operated by VH-OQA arriving tonight as QF32

VH-OEG did operate QF107, and VH-OJN did operate to HKG around an hour late

Just arrived in JFK a bit over 2:30 late. My connecting BA flight is also late so clearly it's the day for it. QF107 required fuel line work on engine 4, we had to do an engine run before we pushed back and left Sydney. So it seems QF is having a bad run again as of late. Something else was late into LAX as well with OEI pulling up next to OEG at TBIT LAX.
