Aircraft left KUL 15 minutes ago @ 1235z .... picked it up on Flightradar on departure so suspect it may arrive later than 0600EST

It's a good thing Bay 39 T2 is ready (but not formally commissioned) for A330's, and Bay 45A should have had a trial this morning for B738? Bay 43 was trialled yesterday morning. I believe they'll come into service in the next week.

XFD arrived just before 0700 this morning. Interesting that it tracked almost right over ADL and much of Victoria on the way into SYD, and is scheduled to fly down to MEL later this morning... almost seems like it could just have landed in MEL and skipped the SYD stop!?

Both VH-VON & ZK-PBA (ex VH-VOO) have been in CHC for some time.

Paint... ?

Maybe maintenance Steve. Just because they are away for a while doesn't always mean they are getting paint!! Most of the aircraft are due for interior refits (JB wanted commonality on all the fleet with interior to be the first step) & also some are due for maintenance.

VH-VUF has just returned from TSV with a repainted nose. No longer can be referred to as 'Rudolph' :(

Bummer.... it would be great to see all the white jets done up for 'Red Nose Day'...with a nice size donation from Mr. Branson ;)

I have read on another forum that ZK-PBA was spotted in Melbourne today in Virgin Australia colours.

Has been operating in and out of Brisbane today and first flight tomorrow [Sat 12th May] is likely to be DJ67 Wellington to Brisbane.
