What's going on here!..I didn't know or read that JQ are getting a 320Neo this soon???

Jetstar Airways in the week of 30SEP18’s OAG schedules update filed Airbus A320neo operation, under aircraft code “32N”. For the moment, A320neo operational schedule is listed for the month of November 2018 only. Planned service includes the following.

Melbourne – Brisbane 03NOV18 – 01DEC18 3 weekly
Melbourne – Cairns 03NOV18 – 01DEC18 2 weekly
Melbourne – Townsville 02NOV18 – 02DEC18 3 weekly

JQ use the code 32N to denote the 230 seat variant of the A321. At a guess I would say from November the reconfiguration will be complete on all of the A321 hence they have begun to load the code to their schedule

I don’t think that’s the case, as the above info indicates it would be a poor utilisation of aircraft for a start, while the flights scheduled are indicative of a new type being trialled.
The deferment of neo deliveries was for nine months from the end of 2017 so they are due around now to begin.

That is the case...I have just looked in the booking system, JQ operates a daily service MEL-TSV and starting 2 NOV is it three times a week operated by aircraft code 32N...which has 230 seats...its just an A321. If they were to take a NEO any time soon I highly doubt they would differentiate it from the standard A320 as it has the same capacity of 186 I believe....

There’s also nothing anywhere - no forum chatter, nothing in any lists - to suggest anything is currently in production for JQ. Not a single aircraft of any type.

No it hasn't arrived yet Greg.They start their new routes to Illawarra on 12 Nov i believe so they will need it by then i think?:)

VH-VEB landed BNE at 0445 today then to Orange for paint.:)

Mayby someone in Orange caught it?

VH-VEB was owned by Silver Airways but never flew with the airline. It was placed in storage as soon as it returned from Mongolia.

I expect it was in the same livery shown in the document I linked above.

Samoa Airways getting a 737-900 next month.It is a bit ambiguous in it's statement of type.Is it a NG or a MAX9 ????.Can anyone figure it out!

Samoa Airways to get its second plane from next month

Meanwhile, Samoa Airways will be operating a second plane from the beginning of next month.

Tuila'epa Sailele Malielegaoi said the airline will be operating a new Boeing 737-900.

The Minister responsible for the airline, Lautafi Purcell hinted at the launch of Samoa Airways last year that the airline was already looking at introducing the D Max 9, which is other name for the B737-900.

Tuilaepa hasn't said where the second plane will be leased from, but the current plane is on lease from an Italian airline.

I don't think ZPA originated in Nashville, I looks like a "dag" from the previous VA E190 ZPA which is now operating for SA Airlink

Regional Express (VH-ZPA) Saab 340B, in former PenAir livery, at Wagga Wagga Airport, ex N410XJ delivered from Anchorage. Also had an incident while in Hilo.

VH-ZPA was added to the register on 22/11 for REX

VH-UQN on it's way TSV-BNE this time eta 1125am local.

Another new delivery to BNE today the one i have been waiting for for a long time.

Good to have another 757 in the country after Tasman Cargo one had gone.
