Hmmm...Could this have something to do with the fact that Pac Blue recently applied to the IASC to increase the number of PER-DPS services it does? It seems to me that it would make more sense to put another E-190 in PER and operate it in Pac Blue colours rather than the BNE-DPS-PER vv rotation, as it could also be used either as ops aircraft or a tech spare for the other E-Jet services there.

This mornings local "The Press" has an article about Pacific Blue going into smaller airports like Hamilton and Dunedin that AirNewZealand pulled out of.A Embraer 104 seater was mentioned.
