As per the above from the Airservices Australia website, folks who live coastal between Willy and Kiama should keep an eye out for some low level Hercules operations between 1520 and 1710 this Saturday. I note that Terrigal is mentioned, if you were to place yourself at The Haven (Skillion) or some other high vantage point in the area you may just nail some great shots. From memory they like to put on some quite tight turns as they come around from Wamberal - Terrigal - Avoca.

If I was still living at Terrigal I'd probably be checking out Wyrrabalong Lookout at Forresters Beach to catch them zooming past.

Hope someone manages to nab some shots.

'Tis a shame I'm working or I'd go buy an ice cream from Stanwell Park and watch it from there.

50th Birthday celebrations of C-130 operations in Australia is the reason for this low level formation.

Isn't it the other way around? i.e. 1620-1810?

Is it still confirmed that they are flying down the coast and back i have just looked at the ADF Government web site and that said The 50th anniversary celebrations include a flypast of Sydney, and a reunion at RAAF Richmond. Thanks
