The interview lasts 30mins but gives an insight into the man behind Southwest Airlines, the airline industry then and now, current fuel prices and hedging, and the effects of todays industry scene for the future including other U.S. Airlines.
Very insightful and he sounds like a great, genuine, down to earth guy!
