Can Anyone ID This One?

Just need a rego for this one please as there was none on the aircraft itself. Taken an Bankstown today at the Museum. If anyone knows any info at all please say something because it would be much appreciated.

Stand to be corrected but I'd say N15-709 c/n1709 Ex: RAN.
