Stefan Perkas 2nd April 2012 12:03 AM

Evening all,

As mentioned in the last pasge of last months noteworth movements,

China Southern 325/326 tomorrow is being operated by A330-200 B-6532. It has viested previously twice before once on CZ325/326 and CZ301/302.

As I have stated before, these newer A332's for CZ which have GE engines, are not common in Australia. Only seen in Auckland.

Jaryd stock 2nd April 2012 05:52 AM

9M-XXG is operating XAX-222 for Air Asia X's inaugural flight today.

I was spotting today film Air Asia X's landing and Take off, and MASkargo landed with a reg of 9M-MUC :)

Jaryd stock 3rd April 2012 06:05 AM

Cheers.....

lloyd fox 3rd April 2012 07:05 AM

BNE had N788LS a 737 in yesterday SIN-DRW-BNE-DRW-SIN.

Tim Bowrey 3rd April 2012 08:34 AM

9M-XXE opperating the D7222 today. First visit to SYD.

Rowan McKeever 3rd April 2012 11:15 AM

Rory do you know where the Air Italy was heading, callsign or anything like that? Not sure why it was here but saw it yesterday arvo on my way home parked nose-in to the SPA hangar so presumably a foreign dignatory. Cheers, Rowan

Rory Delaney 3rd April 2012 11:28 AM

No i dont actually haha. I just saw it just passing the border of NSW and QLD and it said Air Italy EI-IGU B737-700. And its trail showed it flew out of Canberra? Maybe it was heading back to Italy haha with multiple stops..?

Rowan McKeever 3rd April 2012 11:51 AM

Hey Rory! Looks as though it might've been operating ASY447 which went from Canberra initially to Manado (Indonesia) and is then planned to continue to Beijing (PEK). Cheers, Rowan

JL772 just flew out. Isn't this normally a morning departure?

Kieran Wells 3rd April 2012 10:34 PM

Definately a normal morning departure. Noticing that tomorrows JL771 wont be arriving till evening, so guessing the plane currently operating JL772(JA704J) will do the trip back down in the morning...

Just saw that as well! Its scheduled departure time is 8:15am ?
It went out at the same time as Qantas' flight to Tokyo!

Andrew Coggan 4th April 2012 09:31 AM

The JAL 772 was over at the hard stands near the airport tunnel yesterday morning.

David B. 4th April 2012 09:39 AM

Apologies if this has already been posted, however Delta Airlines 767-300ER (76W) N196DN made a visit to Darwin last night with over 200 US Marines.

Jaryd stock 4th April 2012 09:55 AM

The delayed JAL flights could be due to the Japanese Governent canceling all transport around Tokyo due to a weather system that could develop into a typhoon off the coast....

Tim Bowrey 4th April 2012 09:06 PM

Tonights JAL flight was JA707J opperating as JAL771D arriving at aprox 2020 out 2155

Tomorrows JL771 is opperated by JA735J(77W) just about to depart NRT.

Morning all,

Just looked on JAL's schedules and Friday's flight is also showing as a B777-300ER.

Anthony F 5th April 2012 11:47 AM

I saw the NZ all blacks from Greenvale this morning and wondered if it was the first time she flew to Melbourne. I also had friends fly her from AKL to LAX last Saturday 31st March.

Tim Bowrey 5th April 2012 01:44 PM

Virgin Australia's first Kiwi registered 738 in the new livery just arrived in SYD on 34R ZK-PBJ from Tonga.

Mark T 5th April 2012 03:23 PM

Vincent Aviation ZK-ECO BAE146 just arrived in Sydney from Cairns.

Cheers
Mark

Stefan Perkas 5th April 2012 09:36 PM

Just for you Chris,

JA731J (green jet) is operating tomorrows flight.

Rory Delaney 5th April 2012 10:36 PM

Hey guys, just wondering but where do you get your information on which planes are flying in ?! I'd really like to know thanks !

Stefan Perkas 5th April 2012 10:52 PM

If you have an Ipod or Ipad you can use planefinder and the alert fiunction on that. just put in a rego or callsign. Thats how most people find out nower days, I had JL771 on alert and it told me the rego, once it departed Narita.

There is also data.flight24.com and libhomeradar.

Grahame Hutchison 6th April 2012 07:11 AM

JAL with the "SKY ECO" livery this morning ...

JA731J JL0771 06/04/2012 05:55 Japan Airlines B777-346ER Tokyo Narita-Sydney

It's a beautiful morning down here at the tower - getting very crowded too.

Shayne G 6th April 2012 12:59 PM

Jaryd stock 6th April 2012 02:42 PM
