SQ decides not to renew A380 lease

Decisions about keeping them are due between this month – for the initial aircraft – and April 2017. I'm sure this announcement will pique the interest of IAG which has said (fairly) recently it will look at picking up used A380s as/when they become available.

Perhaps, of course no one has purchased any of the MH birds yet, which are newer.

MH withdrew them from sale, I thought? New CEO decided they weren't so bad after all.

EDIT: I just saw an article in another forum, dated 9th Sept 2016, which says all 6 are for sale again. Christmas comes to IAG, maybe!?
