Near miss Chicago Midway

News.com.au reports a near miss at Midway whereby a Delta and a SouthWest both took takeoff clearance simultaneously.

The Youtube file below has an American Breaking News segment on it (apologies for the dramatisation)

Seems the flight numbers of 1328 and 3828 might have caused an issue, despite one being Southwest the other being Delta.
