Viva Macau 20/03

Morning all,

Just a heads up that Viva Macau today is to be opperated by a 767-300. Not sure which airline but it is arriving from Denpasar at around 1245.

B-MAW perhaps?

phil.l 20th March 2009 11:51 AM

Was/is it B-MAW?

Nigel C 20th March 2009 11:55 AM

B-MAW is the other Viva Macau B763 that we've only very occasionally seen at YSSY. B-MAV is the usual B762. I'm on days off, so can't confirm.

It was indeed B-MAW. Spotted it landing Rwy 34L around lunchtime.

Looked good too. Hopefully it will be a permanent equipment change soon.

That's a good set of bino's you've got there! ;)

Found this on the Viva Macau website. Looks like it's still supposed to be a 762, but for some reason a "refuelling" stop is scheduled (or is it to pick up more pax?).

The fuel stop is required if its ops by 763 B-MAW. Its non-ER.
