Works in IAH why not here?

Yup - you know what I'm about to ask .... if this can be managed at Washington (Homeland Security Heartland) is it possible and could it work in SYD? The above scheme is only for adhoc stuff, so imagine what the actual spotting scheme is like!

And placating Nigel in case he reads this - maybe this is something AFP could run ... you know, consider it as reaching out to the community type of stuff.:D

Why not ask? The worst they can say is no!
