Recorded Etihad Fl 450, cross WA coast, Hex 8961EE, Rego A6-EHK, is this a new Aircraft, 1st time i have recorded this since Oct 2009.

That would be well above the service ceiling of any aircraft in the Etihad fleet :eek:

A typo I suspect ... Surely the writer meant "Etihad flight 450 " , which of course is a AUH-SYD flight ..

Yes, it left SYD around 4pm so you may seeit on its return flight. Fairly new a/c (c/n 1030); they also have EHL which has been in a few times.

Good to see John is up to his old tricks of providing incorrect info...

There is a reason 'his column' (High Flyers) was banned from Jetspotters forums...
