Status of VH-OQA?

What is happening with VH-OQA - I heard it was out of service last week causing the delays to QF1...is it back now? what was the problem. Thanks!

According to Flightaware it is scheduled to operate QF94 in just under an hour from LAX.

It's history on Flightaware shows it operating for the last 5 or 6 days.

I saw her take off from MEL on Wednesday as QF93.
