You best go and check out the QF website and check the destinations they fly to...
Last time I checked - QF flew to cricket playing nations such as South Africa, India, NZ & England. And the rest of the nations they play against are
potentially served by other Oneworld partners with the exceptions of probably Zimbabwe, Pakistan and Bangledesh.
