My sister and dad were travelling to Cuba in late December, routing was Sydney - LA - Mexico City - Havana, and the bags didn't get on the LA-Mexico City leg. Not good, seeing they were alreayd a bit skeptical about the Havana flight. Bags arrived as they arrived at the airport, about to buy new clothes at a story.
