So a 787/A350 to replace a 747-400?
374 seats replaced with 250-280 seats

(excluding the 787-10 and A350-1000 which is unknown)
That is a big capacity downgrade
I can understand replacing the 767's and some 777-200's with the 787/A350 but I feel a 747-800/A380 order will come in the next 12-18 months.
