Default Bankstown - Final Look For 2010

The aircraft I normally fly is away for a month on a round Australia trip, so this morning was an opportunity to check out a suitable replacement for January from the Schofields fleet.

Afterwards I had a good walk around the airport and photographed the following ....

VH-YYT Embraer Phenom 100
It's difficult to get small jets like this to look good, however I think Embraer have done a fairly good job with this one.

I think the nose with this livery looks particularly good on the Phenom 100.

The Phenom 100 looks a little sleaker nose on compared to the profile view.

The wingtip strobe looks to have an array of around 20 LEDs

VH-ILB Beech C90A (LJ1375) 1994 - Professional Jet Aviation
This aircraft is in really excellent condition after 16 years of service.

VH-WNZ Cessna 550 Citation II (5500057) 1979 - Tasman Australia Airlines

N999XX Bel 407 (53257) 1979 Ex Jet Sales Of Stuart - Florida USA
New import headed for Papua New Guinea, and it was a delicate job extracting it from the shipping container.

N28065 Bell 214B (28065) 1981 - McDermott Aviation (Bank Of Utah Trustee)
Ready for fire fighting duty this summer. The water tank has been fitted since the last time I shot the chopper back in November.
