I think the A380 will be in a league of its own once QF begins revenue service. Already a lot has been said about how quiet the bird is. The 77W is quiet indeed but I don't think it can compare with the A380 on the uppder deck, for example.

It would be awesome if QF gets the 77W but it's probably never going to happen (unless they get a good deal from Boeing as part of the 787 delay compensations - and even then I consider it not very likely). The 77W would be a good replacement for the 744 (less seats to sell as well)
