SkyAirWorld launches new Brisbane–Honiara schedule

SkyAirWorld has just announced that it will service a new Brisbane–Honiara route five times a week.
To begin from Wednesday the 16th of April, SkyAirWorld will become the only Australian carrier to offer a direct flight from Australia to the Soloman islands.

The weekly S9101/102 will be improved come the 6th of May, when SkyAirWorld plans to launch four additional services to operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
“Our new flight scheduling supports SkyAirWorld’s aim to help grow the tourism market to the Solomon Islands, carrying 45,000 passengers per annum between Australia and the Solomon Islands,” said David Charlton, SkyAirWorld Managing Director.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday services will be operated from Brisbane in the early morning, with a return flight in the late morning; and Friday and Sunday services will be operated from Brisbane in the evening with a late evening return service.
