The Department of Transport (DOT) became the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the livery on their aircraft was changed.

And for a change of tack, here is a shot I found of the Queen Elizabeth IIs BAe146 used on her visit to Australia in 1986. I think she
flew here on a commercial aircraft and used the BAe146 once in Australia. I don't remember seeing a Queen's Flight aircraft in Australia
before or since.
