An elderly woman boarding a China Southern Airlines flight from Shanghai to Guangzhou in China chucked coins at the A320 engine for good luck. The flight was delayed for five hours while engineers checked the engine finding one coin inside the engine and eight coins scattered around the engine.
The woman was said not to have a mental problem.
