Hi Greg, I believe FKL is used for parts at Brisbane Airport - it sits outside the Alliance Hangar in the US Airways livery.
This
picture taken in mid-2011 seems to show this. Last Saturday I also saw an F100 in US Airways colours sitting outside the hangar at BNE; it's a common sight, so it may be the same airframe. Don't know about YAD unfortunately.
