Default Unknown Aircraft
Afternoon All,

Can anyone tell me who owns this aircraft, I'm guessing that it's Chinese government but I just want to be sure.

According to Planspotters.net, the aircraft is owned by the People's Liberation Army Air Force (The Chinese Air Force) in a VIP config and operated by China United Airlines.
