So in response to that video, do the spoilers only stay deployed whilst the wheels are touching the ground. They seem to deploy once the wheels touch then when the plane bounces & is in the air again, they retract

I would guess that would be the case for if they were to go-around after the first, second (or 5th in this case ) bounce, you wouldnt want the spoilers to be out when your trying to climb!
