Without RADAR Gerard, it just becomes procedural. Not dangerous, just slightly harder for the controllers. Procedural airspace covers the majority of Australia, as RADAR only covers a very small percentage of mainland Australia.

Default BNE Radar

Dad was waiting for a friend to arrive on a BNE-ADL QF flight which was delayed about 45 mins due to the radar issue.
