N28SP appeared on Mode-S a few minutes ago.

According to LAAS this is Citation 550-1125 which was VH-YXY.

Nothing new on N28SP; Because I picked it up twice I think it may have flew in or out of Bankstown.

According to Landing.com. N28SP owned by Echo Aviation C/N 550-1125 ex YXY
