Default Best aircraft for MEL-SYD J service

will be flying in J class MEL-SYD within the next few weeks, I have full choice between 737, 767 and A330

In terms of the actual SERVICE provided, not seat comfort/entertainment, which aircraft would be best? I haven't flown J in years, and last time was Ansett, but I was just wondering if, for example, a higher level of service can be found on the 737 because of less passengers, or better meals may be had on the A330 because of the larger galley?

Personal preference is what I'm after

My preference would be the A330!

I find in terms of service the 737 offers the best service, especially with the return of the curtain being closed between J and Y. There are now a lot less PAX using the forward bathrooms.

With that said, I think the service is also dictated by the aircraft and time of day. I think mid afternoon flights are the best, the afternoon tea on QF is pretty decent with choice of a hot snack or a cold salad, plus a glass of wine or beer.

Overall however if I could get on a 333 or 332 from an overall product perspective this is the best plane from a product/ comfort perspective.
