Hi all,

Came across what looks like a really awesome new show based on an airline called Buffalo airways up in Yellowknife, Canada operating a fleet of WW2 aircraft.

Hopefully it comes onto Australian TV- Most likely Fox if it does.

Don't want to be a pain in the Butt!

Compared to the Carrier Series on YouTube, these are not easy to download and Torrent is not the most trusted site to get anything from anyway.

I was trying to download episode 1 at work, unfortunately .avi files are not recognized by windows media player, forcing me to look for another player to watch it on.

Is there some other way the full Ice Pilots Series can be viewed without having to register to a non trusted site?

Firstly i have included 2 links on the page that you download that points you to where you download them.
The site under latest update you don't need to register to get them.
As with everything you download over the net ALWAYS check them using an anti-virus scanner first after you downloaded them.

Another way may be to watch the episodes straight from the site.
Have a look at this Ice pilots forum, read it and it explains that you made need to use a proxy service to watch/download them.

G'day Scott

Hope I didn't come across as accusing you of posting a site link that was unsafe, as it was not my intention.
I just wanted to let everyone know that they should be very caution in downloading Torrent Files.

I did download episode 1 on my work pc it took some 4 hours to download the .avi then another 3 hours to convert it into a .wmv so I will go over to the other site you mentioned and give that a try.

Download a program called VLC. It's a media playing program that will play all formats of video. Also much faster than Windows Media!

I have downloaded the first two and I'm currently doing the next three overnight on the work pc

The volume seems to be a little louder when it's converted to .wmv than playing straight away with VLC, but it's still watchable.
