Default Qantas A380 Routes

Qantas is scheduled to get four more A380s within the next 12 months. I was wondering what routes they will deploy them on.

I was thinking MEL-LAX daily, SYD-LHR daily.

Any thoughts?

I beleive they have already announced they plan to up all existing A380 routes to daily. So that would be SYD/MEL to LAX and SYD/MEL to SIN & LHR.

MEL/LAX going to daily from 3pw will need 1 extra, and another SYD/LHR daily needs 3 = 4. On the other hand if the 2nd SYD/LAX went to 380s, instead of LHR, it then needs 2 leaving 1 spare.
