What do you think?

I like it. Its modern and fits well with how they are moving forward.

I love it... one of the best new c/s in quite a while in my opinion! And, as Sarah says, at least it ain't bloody white!!!

Gradually blending the tail flag in with the rest of the livery would have made it a bit better, in my opinion.
I think the edge becomes a bit too sharp and jars a bit.

I like it as well. The logo with the stylised Eagle is especially well done. Very contemporary. I think after a year or two, the new design will have greater acceptance from those who've struggled to understand it.

I too like the logo and the stylised Eagle .. As for the rest , not so sure .. I guess it would look better in the metal but at this stage non too impressed ..

The B777-300ER means more than the introduction of a new type for American Airlines ...

An interesting history of American Airlines and their new B777-300ER service

Wow, that's a mega article. Incredibly detailed and thorough. How much work did Sloan put into that piece?

You'd have to think, after reading that, that American are on their way back in a big way and soon to exit Chapter 11. I guess next, the inevitable is the merger with US.
