Default OQD just landed in Brisbane

Anyone know why she diverted? She was operating QF12A LAX-SYD and just diverted. Medical maybe?

Weather in Sydney I believe (they might have had issues running into curfew after a technical issue they couldn't fix in time)

It was indeed weather related. There weren't a lot of storms about, but after a long flight like that apparently they weren't keen to get here and then divert if it all turned nasty again.

The Qantas Source backs up Sarah's info... apparently was delayed in LAX, ended up in BNE where it went tech and couldn't beat SYD curfew, so overnighted there.
