CASA 212-EE VH-VHB Jervis Bay Ops

I have seen VH-VHB operating overhead Jervis Bay Airport (Defence Reserve) as below on several occasions, and was wondering if this was some sort of training exercises ?

The Skytraders 212 has been modified to support Paratroop deployment via static line or free fall. The activity is probably in conjunction with the parachute school that does all the training for the various defence needs in Nowra. Years gone by it would have been a bou doing the job.

This was the activity for the whole day, and the drop zone looks to be just north east of the Runway intersection. On a more detailed map, this is a large open grass area north of
the Runway 26 Apron.
