Virgin Blue Tail

I was at Hobart airport today and spotted the tail of a DJ aircraft. I noticed that where the usual blue trim is around the edge of the tail, this had been done in red. I couldn't see the rest of the aircraft, but does anyone know which aircraft this could have been?
