What!, I know Ryanair do this, but pretty sure Tiger dont, am I wrong or is Mr Westaway getting ahead of himself here??
"Jetstar to charge passengers for talking" Flying is about to get a whole lot more expensive, especially if you want to speak to a staff member. Jetstar is considering slugging customers a fee to use manned check in facilities instead of automated machines. Simon Westaway from Jetstar says the airline is not alone. "There's some airlines that have implemented that in Australia, one in particular being Tiger Airways. "Overseas it's becoming common practice and there are a number of carriers looking at it."
