Default PMs New York Flight Routing

With Kevin Rudd visiting New York, what routing does his altered 737 take between Canberra and New York for refuelling etc.? Also, where does he land in New York?

UN week flights usually arrive at JFK then the a/c relocate to SWF...though some go straight to SWF.
