In the photo below I noticed a steel structure at the end of the JQ pier, is this a new aerobridge being constructed:

An aerobridge is normally built prior and then simply installed, maybe a new walkway down to that bay?

It's just a stairwell leading into the terminal. It was completed on Christmas Eve.
