Oh I realise that... , but I was just wondering what the process would be? Obviously, a dismissal would be a 'worst case scenario' and only if there had been other documented cases within a personel file, but I was simply asking if it would be a matter of additional/suplementry training etc as a cause of action to follow up and boost SOP's...

LOL, not if you live/work for an airline in DXB. I would already be sending off CV's with other airlines. I would call sacking you first, then investigating, "standard practice in the industry" over there.

If QF even dared to suggest these guys might get sacked, you can imagine the unions response! Strikes etc...
