Default Hornets on show

22 Hornets departed around 7am

Then 45 minutes later we got a great display of speed!

37 Hornets come back
5x 18F
8x 18D
22x 18C

Well, arriving at 4.30am, there was a bit of fog about, and surprisingly, warm…


As the sun started to break, it was very evident, there was a LOT of people interested!!


Departures commenced closer to the 7am mark…


And after about an hour, the arrivals started…


It was really, a great morning, and well worth the drive up!

Willytown can be a cold place at that time of the morning.

I'm surprised that the Air Museum didn't put on a sausage sizzle/coffee or some other fund raising event based on the number of onlookers.
