I wonder if the 5 x 717s mentioned in earlier press releases included those for the east coast. I though (that when announced) they were for the west coast to add to the FIFO and Network F100 services.

A good a/c like a DC-9 never dies.

TJJ had a few issues yesterday, back online today.

TJS is possibly next to go.

The 5 717's will be used on the east coast as they will have J class fitted.

They are ex Mexicana which are already in a config of 20J/84Y.

J class generally not required for WA FIFO flights.

Cobham are also opening a SYD and CBR base so expect the 'new' birds to be based there.

737-400 VH-TJJ has been withdrawn from use and has had titles removed.

TJJ flew out of SYD this morning as QF6027. Spotted it parked at gate 25 at the international terminal when I came back from MEL last night (Monday).

Saw TJR yesterday, seems that the paint job is really starting to rub off

Can anyone give me a round up of what 734s are still in service with QF
