Load on the return was pretty similar to the run down. 100-130 spare Economy Seats and 8 or so in Business Class.
I heard Dave say we were pumping 30fps (frames per second) into the little Ixus lens for it to convert to audio visual delight. I am not sure if this is fast-frame, half-frame or full-frame! I'm by no means a point and shoot camera expert. Negative, we couldn't find any reference to GPS units on the Safety Card. Furbies are discriminated against but the humble GPS doesn't rate a mention. Clarification was sought on this and we were advised they can be used during the cruise phase of the flight.

Great report there Mr Murray. You've set a bench mark in "dot-point" trip reports!

The old Qantas livery lives on. And I think it will for many more years.

You didn't mention your latrine visits on the return leg; were the dunnies blocked up with coffee grounds? And you didn't score the hosties; we can still call them that can't we ?
I'm disappointed that Graeme Hutchinson didn't specifically mention you in his ACARS reporting. That could have really capped off an awesome trip report for us back here on terra firma. And is that Nick Furby you are referring to? |
