VA takes about 9 days between Brissie arrival and entry into service.

What does VA do during this process ?

I read somewhere a while back airlines typically have to install some carrier- or country-specific equipment themselves once they get the aircraft home. Don't know what exactly though. Be interesting to find out!

I'm not certain, but it is quite possible that Qantas put their own seat overs on once ac is in Aus, I say this because the seat covers in some of the XZ series don't look totally fresh...I'd imagine this process would take atleast a day.

Brindabella Airlines has taken delivery of Jetstream 41 ZS-NRK at CBR after ferrying in from Denpasar, Darwon and Mt Isa.

Singapore Airlines brand new A330-300 9V-STV is making its 1st visit to Australia today. Currently en-route to Adelaide as SQ279.

Hawaiians next A330 N393HA was parked on one of the western ramps in LAX during delivery flight to HNL. We should be seeing this one in Sydney in no time.
