The most salient passage reads:

In conjunction with the UK AAIB and Rolls-Royce, the ATSB is continuing its examination of the circumstances and missed opportunities with the potential to have detected the reduced wall thickness and offset counter bore of the oil feed pipe prior to, during and after the manufacture of the module 51 assemblies. The ATSB has also reviewed the quality audits undertaken, and quality assurance system affecting the module 51 design and manufacturing process, and their effectiveness in detecting deficiencies in that process.

The current edition of Aviaton Week and Space Technology (Feb 6) says (in a story about A380 wing repairs):

Quote:... the Qantas A380 severely damaged as a result of the Nov 4, 2010 uncontained Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engine failure is now "back in flying condition," Oliver says. The aircraft is on the ground again, though, undegoing wing-crack repairs in Singapore.-UnQuote

"Oliver" is quoted as Paul Oliver, head of customer support for the Middlie East, Africa amd India, during Aviation Week's MRO Middle East conference in Dubai last week.

Here she is guys. Out of the hangar with her new engines installed. She is now just awaiting the installation of new flaps and belly fairings, before she will be cleared for a test flight.
