Default QF31/32 Sun 19/02/12

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can confirm the aircraft that operated these flights in and out of YSSY last sun 19/02. According to theqantassource they were both OQK but if this is the case then QF31 must have departed rather late, given that QF32 didn't arrive till around 2030.It was the night of the storms at the airport if it helps jog anyone's memory.

I may have read the data wrong, but if anyone can confirm that would br great.

Cheers
Jim

Yep, I remember QF31 departing around 11:15PM (rough estimate ± 10mins).. The last departure out was PBN93 @ 2230, however they performed two RTO's and decided to return to the gate for the night.

Many Thanks James!!

It must be right then. Might have been an A380 short somewhere along the line,as that is nearly 6 hours late for QF31.

Cheers

VH-OQE was meant to operate the QF31 but had an issue so the inbound QF32 operated the outbound QF31. This happens every so often as spare aircraft are not available (QF32 turning around and operating QF31) and would be annoying, especially knowing there is a 24hour flight ahead.
