Cs-tmt sol700

Was wondering whether anyone could enlighten me. I just noticed on PP and balus again that CS-TMT is operating flight SOL700 into Brisbane today from Honiara. Wasn't this aircraft leased out to the defence for defence charters or is this a one off flight. I remember that strategic or hi-fly or whatever it is was operating a flight somewhere but couldn't find anything about CS-TMT operating it after i searched?

I saw it on PP later on today at FL410 under a ASY callsign and seemed to be tracking Melbourne -Brisbane , so it appears to still be under the defence contract ..

Strategic has taken over the BNE-Honiara from Solomon Airlines, so could be related to this? however this is due to be operated by the 320.
